Six easy steps to your holiday
- First check availability for your chosen dates by
clicking the link on the left.
- Then please use the simple contact form to tell us your preferred dates and number of people in
party. Please also feel free to call or email with any other
questions you may have prior to booking.
Contact us now
- We will
confirm and block these dates out for you for up to 5 days. We
will also give you details of how to pay (currently we
accept cheques in Pounds Sterling or Euros or you can pay by
Internet banking) and we will endeavour to answer any
other questions about the property or your holiday.
- Once you have received our confirmation, you will
complete the booking form either on-line or on paper and send a deposit for
20% of the total rental price
to the address supplied in step 3 above. This
deposit is not normally refundable. If, however, cancellation is received
at least 8 weeks prior to the dates of your holiday we will
endeavour to resell the period and if successful, refund the deposit less
any additional costs incurred. We will email you with
confirmation of receipt of your payment and booking form.
- Just 8 weeks before holiday starts, you will send balance of
payment plus £150 as a security deposit
against serious damages. Assuming everything is OK, this
security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your
return. Small breakages can be paid for locally.
- On receipt of your final payment, we will send you very detailed
joining instructions with information about keys, access,
maps etc. and we can
also help with
any transfer arrangements or car hire from the airport.
