How much will it cost me ?
 

Rental Prices

Price shown is for the apartment per week (not per person) fully inclusive of all utilities, linen, bath towels, and maid service 5 times per week.  Please bring your own beach towels.
 

In the winter period (November - March), electricity is charged extra. We can give estimates based on your required heating use.

Our normal changeover day is Saturday.

We can be flexible outside the peak period (mid July - end August) and will accept bookings of any duration.

Part weeks are usually charged on a daily basis at simply 1/7th of the weekly rate. Please just contact us with your requirements and we'll give you a quote, or click on the panel to the right to get an Instant price check.

Summary of Booking Terms

Reservation

Once we have confirmed the availability, then a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday price is payable. The booking cannot be confirmed until we have received this payment.

The balance, together with a refundable security deposit is due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

If booking is made within 8 weeks of the holiday then 100% of the total holiday cost plus the security deposit is payable before the booking can be confirmed.

Cancellation

We work on the simple principle that when you make a booking, those dates are yours, and we do not offer them to anyone else. Our calendar is blocked out. We therefore expect you to pay for that.
We also work on the principle that we do not wish to profit from selling the same period twice.

Therefore on recipt of any written cancellation, we will make best efforts to resell that period and will refund whatever we can after deducting any direct costs or discounts needed.
