Pricing for 2007/2008

Price shown is for the apartment per week (not per person) fully inclusive of all utilities, linen, bath towels, and maid service 5 times per week.  Please bring your own beach towels.
 

(*) In the winter period, Electricity is charged extra. We can give estimates based on your required heating use.

Summary of Booking Terms

Reservation

Once we have confirmed the availability, then a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday price is payable. The booking cannot be confirmed until we have received this payment.

The balance, together with a refundable security deposit is due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

If booking is made within 8 weeks of the holiday then 100% of the total holiday cost plus the security deposit is payable before the booking can be confirmed.

Cancellation

If cancellation is received at least 8 weeks prior to the dates of your holiday we will endeavour to resell the period and if successful, refund the deposit less any additional costs incurred. Cancellation received within 8 weeks are subject to a sliding scale as defined in our detailed Terms & Conditions..
