Choose how you want to book and pay
- First check availability for your chosen dates, and get an instant quotation.
- If your dates are available, you will be offered two choices:
- You can make an instant reservation.
You will be invited to complete a booking form to reserve your dates. Note that there is nothing to pay at this stage.
We will review your booking form and get back to you very promptly with payment information.
- Alternatively, if you still have any questions or want further clarification, you can simply send us an enquiry, and we
will respond promptly and then guide you through the booking process.
- Once we have acknowledged your reservation and sent you payment details, we will
block these dates out for you for up to 3 days pending your payment. We accept payments in Pounds Sterling or Euros and you can pay by
Internet/Phone banking (preferred) or by personal cheque or by PayPal/Credit Card.
- If your holiday is within 8 weeks of the request, we will ask for full payment plus a refundable security deposit of £250.00.
- If your holiday is more than 8 weeks away, we require a booking deposit of 20% of the total holiday price. The balance will be payable 8 weeks
prior to the start of your holiday. Don't worry, we will send you a reminder in good time.
- Just 8 weeks before holiday starts, you will send balance of
payment plus £150 as a security deposit
against serious damages. Assuming everything is OK, this
security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your
return. Small breakages can be paid for locally.
- On receipt of your final payment, we will send you very detailed
joining instructions with information about keys, access,
maps etc. and we can
also help with
any transfer arrangements or car hire from the airport.
- Cancellation.
We work on the simple principle that when you make a booking, those dates are yours, and we do not offer them to anyone else.
Our calendar is blocked out. We therefore expect you to pay for that.
We also work on the principle that we do not wish to profit from selling the same period twice.
Therefore on recipt of any written cancellation, we will make best efforts to resell that period and will refund whatever we
can after deducting any direct costs or discounts needed. Any security deposit already paid will be refunded instantly.
YOU ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO ARRANGE COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDING CANCELLATION COVER,
PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND PUBLIC LIABILITY
